Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, ATD) preferred.
5–7 years of experience in Learning & Development or Talent Management with a strong strategic and operational focus.
Proven experience in designing and executing Assessment Centers and career development initiatives.
Practical experience in developing and managing Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and leadership development programs.
Track record of establishing and leading SME Academies or internal knowledge-sharing platforms.
Strong leadership skills with at least 2 years of experience in leading teams or supervising L&D professionals.
Proficiency in LMS administration, e-learning tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate), and data-driven training evaluation.
Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, coaching, and communication skills across all organizational levels.
Responsibilities
Lead organizational learning needs assessments in collaboration with senior leadership and HR business partners.
Drive the development of the annual L&D roadmap and ensure cross-functional alignment.
Mentor L&D team members in instructional design, facilitation, and learning technologies.
Evaluate and ensure the quality and consistency of learning experiences, whether instructor-led or digital.
Design and lead leadership development journeys for high-potential employees and future leaders.
Partner with talent management to build and implement succession planning initiatives.
Facilitate executive coaching, mentoring programs, and learning circles to build a culture of continuous development.
Lead the administration and optimization of the Learning Management System (LMS).
Guide the selection and integration of digital learning tools, platforms, and content libraries.
Champion self-paced learning culture and drive learner engagement through digital campaigns and tools.
Lead, mentor, and develop the L&D team to ensure high performance, engagement, and continuous growth.
Set clear goals, provide ongoing feedback, and conduct regular performance evaluations.
